Returns policy

Maethu rituals and wellness offer a 14 day returns period for all of our products.

To request a return and refund, or to process an exchange, please read the conditions below and email hello@maethu.com.au before returning your item(s).

Maethu rituals and wellness is happy to accept returns and exchanges for a period of 14 days from the date of shipment. Goods must be returned to us in original condition and packaging, unused, with all labels intact. A credit note or exchange will be offered on all full-priced items, subject to inspection.

Refunds will be issued via the same method used to make your purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to clear. This will allow sufficient time for us to receive and inspect the product/s and for funds to be processed. In most cases, this will be completed in less than 10 days.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@maethu.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the customer. Maethu rituals and wellness assumes no responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
